Stretching

A proper warm-up routine is essential before you start any stretching. Doing this raises your core body temperature and warms up your muscles.

By loosening stiff muscles, it improves performance, muscle coordination, and muscle elasticity and contraction capability. A good warm-up also makes your cardiovascular and respiratory systems function more efficiently.

So please DON’T SKIP a warm-up or it increases your chance of injury. Also, if you stretch before you warm up, your muscles become tired early and very easily.
